Everyone will need to sign up to be part of a group that will lead the discussion for one of the topics (Click the Edit button above and type your name next to the topic you'd like):
Your task: 1) lead a review of the main concepts from your topic 2) share ways in which you have incorporated the concepts into your instruction 3) feel free to be creative :)
You will collaborate through your wiki page with your group on the who, what, how of your presentation. My hope is that you will not only focus on the content of what you'll share, but on the experience of working with people who are not in close proximity. Many of you have taken online classes, so please lead your group using what you've learned about effective collaboration through your other coursework. I will also follow your work so that I can locate materials or topics in educational trends that I will present to make connections from our current instruction to the needs of students in the future. I think I would start with the Discussion area (for example, click on Visual Lit wk1) when getting ideas pulled together for what you'll present. The page can be used to house your documents, resources, links, etc.
